Refund policy

We want you to love your order! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange:

⏳ Return Window:
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused, and in its original condition and packaging

• Label tags must be attached
  

•  Please be aware that an additional shipping fee of EGP 85 will be charged on each delivery for both return and exchange.

💰 Refunds:

• Refunded to your original payment method.

• Processing takes 5-7 days, plus 2–3 billing cycles to appear.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

🚫 Please Note:

• You must provide photos of your item for your return/exchange request to be accepted.

• International orders cannot be returned or refunded

• A EGP 85 shipping fee applies to each return/exchange
