Refund policy

We want you to love your order! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange:

⏳ Return Window:
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused, and in its original condition and packaging

• Label tags must be attached
  

•  Please be aware that an additional shipping fee will be charged on each delivery for both return and exchange.

💰 Refunds:

• Refunded to your original payment method.

• Processing takes 5-7 days, plus 2–3 billing cycles to appear.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

🚫 Please Note:

• kindly be patient until we receive your item, inspect it, and make sure it's still in it's "new condition" to be eligible for refund.

• International orders cannot be returned or refunded

• A shipping fee applies to each return/exchange. It is paid for the shipping company who sent a courier to pick up your returned / exchanged item.
